By booking a room at Hotel Golju Champawat, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking & Check-in
- A valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in.
- Full payment or advance is required to confirm a booking.
- If payment is not received via online booking platforms, the hotel is not liable for reservation confirmation.
- Guest Policy
- Local ID holders and unmarried couples are not allowed.
- Only the person(s) registered during booking are allowed to stay.
- No outside guests are allowed in rooms or hotel premises without prior approval.
- Conduct
- No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed on hotel premises.
- No illegal or unlawful activity is allowed.
- Any violation may result in eviction without refund and may be reported to authorities.
- Property Rules
- No decorations, alterations, or structural changes are allowed in rooms.
- Guests must not damage or misplace any hotel property. In case of any damage or loss, the full recovery amount shall be charged from the guest.
Cancellation & Refund Policy – Hotel Golju Champawat
- Cancellation Terms
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
- If cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, 40% of the total booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge.
- In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
- Refund delays caused by payment gateways or banks are beyond the control of the hotel.
- Early Check-out
- No partial refund will be issued for early check-outs unless approved by management under exceptional circumstances.
Damage & Liability Policy – Hotel Golju Champawat
- Guests are liable for any damage to property, furniture, appliances, or loss of items caused during their stay.
- Charges for repairs or replacements will be added to the guest’s final bill or security deposit.
Code of Conduct
